Jackfruit Seed is a lesser-known powerhouse of nutrients, which WORGA NATURALS manufactures using an innovative dehydration and grounding method, resulting in a 100% organic seed flour.  The seeds are extracted from sustainably sourced jackfruits cultivated by local farmers. The lasting shelf life of twelve months helps preserve the goodness of the jackfruit seed longer. 

Jackfruit seed is a rich source of protein, especially containing lection which is a protein that is antibacterial, anti-carcinogenic and antifungal. The flour is a gluten and chemical free product that is rich source of starch and diet fibres, which could be used together with wheat flour to create healthier bakery and confectionary products; its high protein content makes it a great addition for shakes and smoothies.

Our Organic Jackfruit Seed Flour is derived from the raw produce that’s harvested by a team of experts in the lowlands of Sri Lanka. This product is free of processed sugars and harmful chemicals.
